A statement made by the Libyan National Army spokesperson Mismari on July 14, 2020 stated that a great war would be witnessed in the near future. Some iportant statements made by Mismari are as follows;
- We detected GNA forces in Sirte and Jufra regions.

- In the next war, there will not only be the Libyans, but also regional and foreign powers.
Another important emphasis in Mismari’s statement is that the sides of the war will include regional and foreign powers. The said statement was made after the bill issued by Haftar-supporter Tobruk Assembly, which invites Egypt to be a party to the conflicts, was adopted.
