Camel is a 4 × 4 UGV designed and manufactured by the Ukrainian company Roboneers. The vehicle can be remotely controlled by a single operator; It is designed to perform a wide range of tasks, including reconnaissance, detection and destruction, cargo and escort missions. Camel can also be used to evacuate wounded military personnel.
The Camel UGV is equipped with a remote-controlled weapon system (UKSS) armed with a Soviet-made DShK 12.7mm heavy machine gun. The turret can rotate 360 degrees and is equipped with day and night vision as well as a thermal imaging system. The vehicle is controlled remotely over a secure radio control channel with a standby fiber optic line and its total weight is 1,000 kg. The payload capacity of the vehicle is 600 kg.

The engine of the vehicle is powered by electricity and can reach a maximum speed of 20 km / h with a maximum range of 130 km. The vehicle can operate up to 11 hours with normal loading and also has an onboard generator. The Camel UGV is 2.8 m long, 1,7 m wide and 1,3 m high while the ground clearance is 40 cm. Independent 4 × 4 wheels and flexible frame chassis increase the potential for use in all-terrain conditions.
Camel 4 × 4 UGv can also be used in missions other than active combat. The vehicle can be equipped with various sensors to collect and transmit data. Camel is also compatible with C4VISION systems that allow autonomous navigation by following pre-defined road signs and capable of autonomously returning to base when it completes the mission.
