United States Department of State approved the sale of 6 UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters and related equipment to Lithuania via the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) channel, at an estimated cost of $380 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) submitted the necessary certificate notifying Congress of this sale.
The contract with an estimated cost of $380 million (estimated costs reported by DSCA indicate maximum, contract costs generally lower) includes:

After the request is approved, Lithuania will enter into agreement with Sikorsky Aircraft Company, Stratford, CT; and General Electric Aircraft Company (GEAC) in Lynn, MA.
