192 Libyan cadets arrived in Turkey for training as part of the Military Training, Cooperation and Consultancy Agreement.
Libyan cadets were examined during their arrival at Isparta Süleyman Demirel Airport and their body temperature was checked, within the scope of the measures taken against the COVID-19 outbreak.
After the health status check was completed at the airport, the training of Libyan cadets who will be trained in the Mountain Commando School and Training Center Command started on July 8, 2020.
192 Libyan Military Academy students are regularly monitored and PCR tests are conducted as part of the measures taken against COVID-19.
Preparations for the Sirte operation of the GNA forces continue. In this regard, the soldiers stationed in various cities are still joining the GNA forces deployed around Sirte.
The operation to be carried out to capture Sirte and Jufra Air Base, which is on the top of Libya’s agenda, is very significant.
