HAVELSAN, one of the well-established companies of the Turkish defence industry, will exhibit its remarkable technologies at the International Defense Fair IDEF21.
HAVELSAN is presenting its technology called Digital Unity, which covers unmanned autonomous air and land vehicles that can perform joint operations, for the first time at IDEF’21, as part of the swarm algorithm that it started to develop a while ago.
The elements of the Digital Units such as Armed Autonomous Unmanned Ground Vehicle BARKAN, Unmanned Autonomous Aircraft BAHA and Micro-Reconnaissance UAV System M6 will be introduced to the participants in Hall 12 at IDEF’21 Exhibition Center and at HAVELSAN booth 1201.
HAVELSAN will also showcase its capabilities in naval command control and combat management systems at IDEF’21. Announcing the Airborne Early Warning and Command&Control System EAGLE to the public for the first time at IDEF’21, HAVELSAN will also inform IDEF’21 participants about the Peace Eagle Project as it plays an important role.
The most important role that HAVELSAN has assumed at IDEF’21 will be to host this international fair through contactless and digital communication due to the pandemic conditions. HAVELSAN, the Digital Communication Sponsor of IDEF’21, will provide all participants with the opportunity to meet free of charge with their customers who could not attend the fair via HAVELSAN Dialog at the Digital Communication Center established at the fair.
HAVELSAN will also make the secure data storage and sharing platform HAVELSAN Drive available to users. By scanning the QR codes, users will be able to access all promotional materials uploaded to HAVELSAN Drive Platform by companies participating in IDEF’21. This contactless exhibition experience that HAVELSAN will bring will also be a very important gain in terms of the digital exhibition concept of the future.
The Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Information System developed by HAVELSAN will be positioned in certain parts of the fairground for the first time at IDEF’21 to detect CBRN threats and dangers.
HAVELSAN, which has developed many technologies for surface and underwater platforms, plans to present a futuristic work to the public at IDEF’21.
In this context, the Submarine Combat Operations Center (SHM) concept design, prepared with 3D modelling, will be introduced for the first time at IDEF’21.
HAVELSAN will also remark many new collaborations
With the new cooperation agreements, HAVELSAN takes the first step of new technology studies and new markets after IDEF and will also consolidate its presence in existing markets.
Another important aspect of IDEF is the panels organized by companies. The most important agenda of HAVELSAN will be the Armies of the Future: Digital Units panel. The moderators of the panel will be HAVELSAN Chairman of the Board and (SSB) Vice President to the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) Dr. Celal Sami Tüfekci.
