ASELSAN is in the finale stage of GlobalCCU (Global Council of Corporate Universities) awards with its learning and development projects.
ASELSAN made it to the finals in the “Culture & Technology” category that is among the Global Council of Corporate Universities (GlobalCCU) award categories, with learning and development projects implemented by ASELSAN in order to contribute to its employees in the light of development value.
The awards will be presented on May 5, 2021 at the 2021 GlobalCCU e-forum, which brings together learning and development leaders of corporate academies from all around the world. At the GlobalCCU awards, of which ASELSAN is also a finalist, an international jury will evaluate 16 organizations from eight countries and the awards will find their owners.
ASELSAN Learning Management System, which was introduced in 2019 for the purposes of carrying out learning and development activities on a single system and providing digital training opportunities to employees, was evaluated by the jury. ASELSAN, which offers the BİL-GE Platform to its employees via the internet and mobile application in 2020 in order to make the development of its employees sustainable, took part in the development journey of its 9,000 employees with trainings specially designed for the pandemic period.
Through the “Information Sharing Program”, one of the prominent learning and development projects of 2020, was aimed to share corporate knowledge and encourage a culture of learning from each other. ASELSAN employees contributed to the personal and professional development of other colleagues with the training they developed.
ASELSAN was considered to be worthy of international evaluation by learning with its employees, interns and stakeholders and creating many opportunities in the development journey, with the learning and development projects it carried out in 2020.
ASELSAN is also a leader in other fields
ASELSAN continues to lead also in areas other than the learning and development category. Lastly, in 2020 CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) Turkey Climate Leaders awards that was hold online webinar due to the Covid-19 outbreak, found their owners on March 31, 2021. In the award ceremony, ASELSAN once again received the Climate Leader Award in one of its prestigious environmental projects. Thus, ASELSAN has increased its success each year in the field of climate change and reflected its sustainability approach to its score.

With its first report in 2012, ASELSAN included in the CDP Turkey Program, increasing success each year, and ASELSAN received the Climate Leader Award for three consecutive years. ASELSAN continues to carry out its R&D and production activities with the responsibility of adding value to the society, in line with its commitment to see the environment as a trust to be passed on to future generations.
